Allowing the body to relax, promotes mental relaxation thus promoting the ability for restful sleep or mental clarity.

Our resident Aromatherapist has provided some preblended oils for the Mindful Massages which allow you to choose your level of relaxation or clarity during your massage.

Deep tissue massage is a specialized method aimed at reaching the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. Unlike traditional massages that prioritize relaxation, this technique employs more intense pressure to relieve chronic pain, muscle tension, and stiffness. Typically, deep tissue massage is highly tailored, with the therapist designing the treatment based on the specific issues or ailments of the client. The therapist may use their fingers, knuckles, elbows, or even forearms to apply the necessary pressure, ensuring that the targeted areas receive the most effective treatment
